Election Integrity Rising

Friend,

Thank you to all who have helped bring the citizens initiative for Secure MI Vote to successful completion. One last action remains. Today is the deadline to put the signatures in the mail. Return them to this address:

Secure MI Vote
106 W Allegan Street – Suite 200
Lansing, MI 48933

Thank you! Thank you. We are almost across the finish line!

P.S. Please remember: Do not separate the petition from the legislative language.  Sign the circulator portion and fill in the form completely before returning it. If these items are not done to a T, the petitions and their signatures won’t count!

From Phil O’Halloran:

One of our MC4EI volunteers, Lori Skibo, successfully led a group of concerned citizens in Brandon Twp. who convinced the Township Board not to renew an automatic arrangement to send ballots to the huge Oakland County Absent Voter (AV) counting board in Pontiac. Instead, they will keep the ballots and count them themselves in Brandon Township.

Through Lori’s initiative, MC4EI has been seeking information from the 14 separate Oakland County cities and townships who transferred their 2020 ballots to the county’s AV Counting Board to be processed under the guise of Covid-19 precautions.  It was discovered that each municipality had executed an Election Services Contract.

The contract language stipulated that it would “self-renew” unless otherwise ended. Concern that Republican-leaning districts, such as Brandon, Holly and South Lyon Townships would extend the terms and continue to send absentee ballots to Pontiac prompted MC4EI to organize voters to contact their local Clerks.

PIME supporters: Please contact your local clerk. Alert the clerk to the problem. Do not let these AV counting board contracts self renew.

After more than twenty concerned citizens attended the May, 2022, Board Meeting, Brandon Township Board voted to terminate the contract.    This is a big win that can and should be reproduced statewide wherever this worrisome trend toward centralization of elections and away from local control rears it’s ugly head.

Let’s go Brandon!

Elon Musk Reveals Who He Believes Is Actually Driving the Democratic Party
-Tech billionaire Elon Musk revealed that he believes certain unions are primary drivers of the Democratic Party’s and Biden administration’s policies.

“The general public is not aware of the degree to which unions control the Democratic Party. One does not need to speculate on this point,” Musk said in an interview published over the weekend. “Last year, Biden held an EV [electric vehicle] summit where Tesla was explicitly not allowed to come, but UAW was. So, Tesla [non-unionized] has made two-thirds of all the electric vehicles in the United States,” said Musk, who is estimated to be worth more than $250 billion.

“So, deliberately excluding us from an EV summit at the White House—but including UAW—tells you everything you need to know,” Musk said in the interview. “They have so much power over the White House that they can exclude Tesla from an EV summit—insane.”

Musk said that during the recent summit, Biden praised General Motors and its president, Mary Barra, for leading the “EV revolution,” despite GM only delivering 26 electric vehicles in that same quarter. Tesla is by far the largest maker of electric vehicles in the United States. Musk has frequently criticized the UAW in recent months, taking a swipe at the union in late March after a former union official pleaded guilty to bilking more than $2 million from the organization.

Georgia sees record early voter turnout despite Dems Carping over new election law
–The greater the election security, the HIGHER voter turnout? Despite opposition warnings that securing our elections suppresses voter turnout, a recent election in Georgia appears to show the opposite is true. Correlation is not causation, but it could be that securing elections allows voters to feel more confident that their vote is being counted.

–Don’t be fooled. Democracy this; Protecting Democracy that. Beware the leftist sweet talk, designed to undermine or destabilize our republic.

Here in the U.S, We The People rule. We elect our temporary representatives to govern according to our wishes. When they don’t adhere to the Constitution or fail to listen to their constituents, we give them the boot.

The latest coalition of leftwing groups, Protecting Democracy, has unveiled its plan to “protect democracy” from the threat against the “stability of American democracy” from states like Florida, Georgia, and Texas.

The coalition will pressure businesses to repeat contrived statements like “supportive of U.S. election integrity by providing employees, customers, and other stakeholders with the facts and figures to mitigate misinformation.” As one might predict, the article makes no mention as to whether the coalition will take action to ensure elections are transparent, secure, or fair.
